All of our products are made and packaged in small batches with care. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods or seasonal releases, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We currently ship using reliable carriers such as USPS or UPS.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Weather & Natural Products

Because our products are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic stabilizers, extreme temperatures may affect them during transit. We take reasonable steps to package items appropriately, but we are not responsible for damage caused by extreme heat or cold once an order has shipped.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

 

Returns Due to Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
