Holistic Life Coaching

Whole-person coaching that leads to simpler, healthier, and more sustainable living

Coaching at Life Abounds Wellness starts with the whole person — your mindset, your values, your energy, and the daily systems that shape how you actually live.

Sustainable lifestyle transition is the niche focus of this work. But lasting change in how you live starts with clarity about who you are and what you want your life to look like. We work on both.

What this Coaching Addresses

Coaching may include work in any of the following areas:

  • Mindset and personal growth — identifying beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck in systems that don't serve you.

  • Purpose and values — getting clear on what matters most and making sure daily life reflects it.

  • Stress, burnout, and overwhelm — understanding the root causes and building rhythms that restore rather than deplete.

  • Mind, body, and environment — how what you eat, use, and surround yourself with affects how you think and feel.

  • Sustainable living systems — practical changes to food sourcing, household routines, consumption habits, and technology use.

The external work and the internal work are connected. We address both.

How the Coaching Works

Coaching is structured and practical.

Together, we:

  1. Look closely at how you currently live.

  2. Identify areas that create unnecessary work, distraction, or waste.

  3. Decide which changes matter most right now.

  4. Design simple adjustments you can test in daily life.

  5. Refine those systems so they hold up over time.

Changes are made gradually. You are not asked to overhaul everything at once.

What to Expect

Sessions are conversational and practical. We look honestly at how you're currently living, identify where things feel heavy or out of alignment, and work through changes you can actually test and maintain.

This is not therapy. There is no pressure to process personal history. The focus stays on learning, applying, and adjusting — with the whole person in mind.

Who is This Coaching For?

This coaching works well for people who:

  • Feel that modern life has become overly complicated.

  • Want fewer products, fewer decisions, and less noise.

  • Are interested in sustainable living but want it explained clearly.

  • Prefer practical guidance over abstract discussion.

  • Are ready to make changes and test them in daily life.

It is especially helpful for people who want long-term change, not a short-term reset.

What You Will Gain

People often leave coaching with:

  • Clearer daily routines.

  • Simpler household systems.

  • More intentional use of technology.

  • Better understanding of where their food and products come from.

  • Confidence in maintaining changes on their own.

The aim is self-sufficiency, not ongoing dependence on coaching.

How Coaching Fits with Other Offerings

Some people begin with coaching and later attend a Farm-Based Eco Intensive.

Others attend an intensive first and then use coaching to apply what they learned at home.

Coaching can also support people who are transitioning toward using simpler, more natural household products.
