Life Abounds Wellness
Practical Sustainable Living
Life Abounds Wellness LLC helps people learn how to live in simpler, cleaner, and more sustainable ways.

We do this by working with the everyday systems that shape daily life—how food is sourced and handled, how homes are managed, how time and attention are used, and how much technology and consumption are actually necessary.

This work is practical. It focuses on what you do each day and how small, consistent changes add up over time.

Before beginning any coaching plan, we start with a free 30-minute consultation. This conversation allows us to understand your goals, your current lifestyle, and whether working together is the right fit.

What is Sustainable Living
At Life Abounds Wellness, sustainable living means:

-
Reducing exposure to unnecessary chemical toxins in the home and on the body.
-
Moving away from ultra-processed foods by understanding where food comes from and how it is grown, raised, and handled.
-
Reconnecting with nature through daily rhythms, outdoor time, and hands-on experiences.
-
Building practical self-sufficiency skills that increase confidence and resilience.
-
Reducing waste by making thoughtful, responsible choices from the start—what we buy, how much we need, and how long things are meant to last.
-
Using technology with intention rather than as a source of distraction.
-
Managing daily life in ways that are realistic, repeatable, and climate conscious.
It does not mean perfection, deprivation, or ideology. It means creating systems that support health, clarity, and well-being without constant effort.
What We Do
Our work emphasizes:
-
Clear explanations & intentions
-
Hands-on learning
-
Realistic expectations
-
Gradual, sustainable change
We focus on teaching and application of the principles of the program.

Sustainable Lifestyle Transition Coaching

This is structured, goal-oriented work focused on building systems you can maintain.

Farm-Based Eco Workshops
Hands-on educational experiences on a working farm where participants learn by observing and participating in real food and land systems.

Topics may include food production and processing, animal care, land management, and seasonal living. The goal is understanding how these systems function so participants can adapt them at home.
